Return policy for The Wood Box customers.
All refunds will remain at the discretion of The Wood box and must be returned within 7 days after the order was Delivered/Collected.
The Wood Box reserves the right not to refund items that are not in exactly the same condition received originally.
Please take note that shipping/delivery cost will unfortunately not be refunded or credited as the costs can
not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.
All Products are manufactured per order and a 20% Handling fee will be charged on all orders. The purchase price (excluding delivery and Handling Charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
Please note, you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed.
